Maintenance & Care

• Clean tub regularly: Change the water and replace the water filter once per month.

• Replace cloudy water: If water becomes cloudy, drain and replace both the water and the filter.

Viking Hybrid FAQ's

• How do I drain the Viking? Unplug the chiller, close both grey isolation valves, connect a garden hose to the bottom drain valve, and open to release water. Re-open valves before restarting.

• How cold can I set the temperature? The coldest setting is 35° Fahrenheit.

• Will it fit through doorways? Yes. The unit is 31" wide and fits through standard residential doors (typically 32"). Always verify your specific doorway width before ordering.

• Power Requirements: Plugs into a standard 120V wall outlet.

• Is there a seat? No. The open design allows your body to find a comfortable, joint-friendly squatted position using natural buoyancy.

• Winterization: No winterization is required for the Gen 2. Insulated sleeves are recommended for outdoor use in extreme cold.
