Delivery & Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location. The Vue is delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer.

Customers are typically notified approximately two weeks before the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. Due to the cabin's size and weight, a forklift or crane is required for placement. Manual offloading is not recommended. Please confirm unloading equipment, site access, and delivery arrangements before scheduling.

The installation site should have a firm, level surface with suitable drainage, such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel. The delivery path must be clear and accessible for the equipment used to position the sauna.

A licensed electrician must install the heater. Confirm electrical requirements, foundation suitability, and placement arrangements with the manufacturer before delivery.
