Delivery & Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location. The Nordic Dawn is delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer.

Customers are typically notified approximately two weeks before the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. Due to the sauna's size and weight, a forklift or crane is required for placement. Manual offloading is not recommended. Please confirm the required unloading equipment and site access arrangements before delivery.

The installation site should have a firm, level surface with suitable drainage, such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel. The delivery path must be clear and accessible for the equipment used to position the sauna.

A licensed electrician must install the heater. Please review the manufacturer's installation instructions and confirm electrical requirements, site preparation, and unloading arrangements before scheduling delivery.
