Delivery & Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location. The Lumaria ships by freight on a pallet, with pre-assembled panels and installation instructions for on-site assembly.

Customers are typically notified approximately two weeks before the scheduled delivery. Assembly generally requires two people, basic tools, and several hours. A licensed electrician must install the heater.

For commercial deliveries, a customer-provided forklift or loading dock is required for unloading. Residential deliveries include freight-company offloading with threshold delivery, according to the supplier's stated delivery terms. Confirm the precise delivery service and any access requirements before ordering.

The sauna should be installed on a level, water-resistant surface, such as concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl, or laminate. If the existing flooring does not meet these requirements, an alternative foundation may be necessary.
