Delivery & Shipping

Free curbside freight delivery to the 48 contiguous United States, with delivery damage insurance included with purchase.

The GL4 ships by freight, with the sauna components secured to a pallet in one or more boxes. The carrier will contact you approximately 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a weekday delivery appointment, typically within a four-hour window. Delivery timing is an estimate and may change due to weather, transit conditions, or carrier availability.

Standard delivery is curbside or driveway delivery. A single driver will unload the pallet; the carrier does not provide full placement, indoor transport, or assembly. Before ordering, please confirm that the delivery location can accommodate a 53-foot semi-truck and that the driveway or access route is clear of low-hanging trees, tight turns, stairs, and other obstacles. Contact us before shipment if you have concerns about remote locations, apartment complexes, long driveways, or restricted access.

Please inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Note visible damage to the exterior packaging, including scratches, dents, or scuffs, on the delivery receipt before signing. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna at delivery. We recommend checking the packaged dimensions against your access points before delivery is scheduled.
