Delivery & Shipping

This sauna ships by freight on a wooden pallet and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. Standard delivery is curbside, with the carrier lowering the shipment to ground level. Delivery does not typically include moving the sauna indoors, unpacking, or assembly.

Due to the size and weight of the shipment, customers may be contacted before shipping to confirm delivery details and identify any access or location considerations that could affect delivery. Remote or complex delivery areas may require additional charges.
